DoubleTree by Hilton Tucson Downtown Convention Center

Great location in the heart of downtown. Close to everything you’d want to be near and in a very safe neighborhood. The rooms are clean and comfortable with a refrigerator (but no microwave) and great views. There’s a restaurant onsite and two bars as well as Starbucks coffee. Starbucks was only available until noon which was a disappointment, and the bar hours were very inconsistent while we were there which was an additional issue for us. Other than that, our stay was fantastic and we’d definitely stay again.

Had the nicest stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Tucson! Seriously, the vibes were so warm and inviting, and the staff? Super friendly. The room was comfy, had all the good stuff you need. Plus, they've got a pool and fitness center – added some extra fun to the mix. Cleanliness was on point everywhere. Bonus: It's close to downtown! DoubleTree Tucson, you nailed it for a chill and comfy stay in the area. 👍

Location is perfect to go to activities at the Tucson convention center. The rooms are very clean and it was quiet. Parking is extra, which I wasn’t too thrilled about, but it is par for the course now days. The dinner menu was limited to a lot of spicy items, but it was a good variety for those who like that. They greet you with a warm chocolate chip cookie at check in; that was a nice touch

From the start to the end, Fantastic experience ! A warm friendly welcome from the valet, to the warm and friendly welcome at the front desk staff to excellent friendly knowledgeable service (and cocktails) at the bar , phenomenal assistance from the assistant GM to retrieve and send a personal item left OFF property. Well done! If visiting Tucson, STAY HERE !! I was considering other properties around the city, and so glad I chose this Doubletree! This is a modern property, the atmosphere is bright, airy, clean and welcoming . The staff are all so warm , friendly, professional and gracious. The rooms are large and spotless. I was traveling solo, but will return and bring my wife to Tucson , largely in part, because of the positive experience and impression of this property ! The walk ability to the plethora of excellent dining choices is excellent. Safe, clean and close ! Eddie and Patrick at the front desk are professional and extremely knowledgeable, concierge knowledgeable, of the area and restaurants. The cocktail server Czarina is awesome. Knowledgeable, professional, efficient and friendly. I had the opportunity to meet Chris, assistant GM who is extremely passionate of the property, customer experience and cares about the details of customer care. Thank you for retrieving and sending the personal item I left. The pool area is very nice, clean and well maintained. Housekeeping is spotless! Look forward to returning to this beautiful property!

Great hotel we found on a spontaneous trip to Tucson. I gave it 4 stars because the room door to the room made a horrible noise when it opened and closed, the beds were super firm and the menu was limited for the restaurant they have in the hotel. Service was pretty good, guy was very pleasant but definitely could tell he wasn’t digging his job. An lastly, it didn’t say that I saw now I may have missed it the parking was an extra $20 to park on the lot. Which kinda sucks if you think about since you’re paying so much for a room. But location to downtown was great and it was super pretty out the windows. Would stay again.

Room quality is great - everything nicely done and nothing in need of repair or old/worn out. We only dined for breakfast - both off menu and buffet. Food quality is also great - of note is the churro French toast from the menu. Greatest part was our server Kafette - what a lady with a great background. Not crowded when we were there so she was able to tell us a lot about places to see, locations in the downtown area etc. She’s excellent! Since we are not here for a convention we walked the downtown area - very quiet and not much going on.
